Quick-Push stone protection 

For topsoil without stone, for less hectares and for mounting on smaller machines, the Quick-Push stone protection is the right solution. 

Hydraulic Stone Protection for Combi-Tiller MKII:

Ensures efficiency on heavy soil and larger machines by protecting the subsoiler from overload. It lifts and repositions a tine that hits a stone.

Light running lives longer –The permanently welded gear trough made from hardened, thick walled steel, ensures the smooth and quiet running of all gears, shafts and bearings. This, in turn, guarantees a long operational life.

 

Quick-change system – The quick-change tines with a length of 340 mm are now also available in a DuraMaxx variant to ensure maximum durability. The optional quick-change system ensures easy replacement of the tines with no tools required.

Folding functions perfectly – For folding implements, the centrally located swing axles enable optimum adaptation to the ground contours.

More or less intensive? – The DUAL-Shift transmission enables simple adjustment of the tine speed from 330 to 440 rotor revolutions per minute. In addition, the rotational direction of the tines can be changed simply by shifting the transmission from “Grip” to “Drag”. As such, the machine is easy to adjust to all usage conditions.

Zirkon 12: The high-performance mounted, rigid power harrow with a 3 or 4 metre working width.

At working widths from 4 to 6 metres the mounted power harrow can also be hydraulically folded to a transport width of 3 metres even in combination with the Solitaire 9 K seed drill.

The semi-mounted power harrow in working widths from 4 to 6 metres. When combined with the pneumatic Solitair seed drill from LEMKEN, is a powerful combination for demanding arable farming.

The mounted Zirkon 12 power harrow with mounted Solitair or Saphir seed drill from LEMKEN is an efficient combination for precise sowing.

 

The forged quick-change knife tine with a tine length of 340 mm and a thickness of 20 mm guarantees maximum service lives. The quick-change system allows the tines to be changed simply and without tools. 

 

The DUAL shift gears allow easy adjustment of the speed from 330 to 440 rotor revolutions. The optional gears for 230 and 330 rotor revolutions extend the range of applications of the Zirkon 12.

 The Heliodor compact disc harrow can be used for shallow stubble cultivation on light and medium soils, and for seedbed preparation before mulch sowing, or after ploughing. The DeltaRow comprises two staggered twin rows arranged at a distance of 12.5 cm . Precise placement in a triangular seeding pattern is ensured by synchronising the twin rows. Compared to single rows, DeltaRows offer 70% more surface area and therefore more water, nutrients and light for each plant. The Solitair 12 SW seed trailer offers the ability to transport up to 5,800 litres of fertiliser. Two seeding shafts ensure highly precise metering.
